I love country and/or western music (contemporary "hot country" was well as old stuff),
bluegrass, Zydeco, folk, filk, Celtic, Renaissance, 1980s New Wave, rock, hard rock, New Age,
easy listening, show tunes, Big Band and classical. In short, my life would be very empty
if it didn't have music in it. For some of the proof, just click here!

Country western dancing, gardening, hiking, camping, beach-combing, photography,
learning website design, traveling (including road trips), attending concerts/plays,
attending Renaissance Faires & cultural events, playing board games, going swimming,
playing in the snow (I used to be a snowboarder), horseback riding, writing poems,
songs & short stories (not so much anymore), and buying & selling stuff on eBay.
I used to play Magic: The Gathering, an addictive fantasy/trading card game, but I haven't
done so in a while. I hope to start again soon! (anyone game to play?)

Dogs, rats, chinchillas, squirrels, cats, dolphins, horses, goldfish/koi, ladybugs, butterflies,
frogs, doves, ducks, finches, hummingbirds, ravens, mockingbirds (but not at 2 a.m.!)

Oaks of all kinds (especially Quercus lobata ), hawthorn, sycamore, palm, maple, citrus,
peach/plum, birch, willow, alder, redwood, cedar, ginkgo, jacaranda, madrone, paulownia.

Pansy, violet, freesia, dianthus/sweet william, carnation, rose, nemesia, columbine, lilac,
lavender, sage, sweet pea, toadflax, honeysuckle, fuschia, passionflower, rhododendron.

Purple, green, blue, peach, pink, earthy brown, black.

Braveheart, Forrest Gump, The Princess Bride, Dead Poets' Society, E.T., Fantasia,
Kidnapped (Finch/MacArthur version), The Little Mermaid, The Neverending Story,
The Other Sister, Star Trek IV, There's Something About Mary, When Harry Met Sally,
The Breakfast Club, The Blair Witch Project, The Wedding Dress, Antwone Fisher.

Ice cream, cookies, chocolate chip brownies without nuts, key lime pie, peach pie,
apple cream cheese supreme pie (Baker's Square), Reese's peanut butter cups,
pizza with mostly veggies and some meat, minestrone soup, won ton soup, Chinese
chicken salad, egg rolls, bibimbop (a Korean dish), cheese fondue, crepes, Taco Hell,
Carl's Jr., spaghetti, flautas, salad bars, tempura veggies, Jamba Juice smoothies,
tuna a la queen, macaroni & cheese, biscuits & gravy and lots more I'm forgetting!
